Ana Rodriguez

Ana Rodriguez is a paralegal at Bonjean Law Group, bringing a strong background in civil rights advocacy, client relations, and legal case management. Prior to joining the firm, Ana worked extensively with individuals pursuing civil rights claims arising from false arrests, malicious prosecutions, and police misconduct. Her work focused on the settlement process, where she helped clients navigate negotiations, understand their options, and make informed decisions about their cases.

Born in Queens and raised in both Queens and Brooklyn, New York, Ana is a first-generation American of Dominican descent and the first in her family to graduate from college and law school. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the City College of New York, where her studies deepened her appreciation for critical thinking, diverse perspectives, and the complexities of fairness and justice. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.

During law school, Ana completed an externship with Access Justice Brooklyn and the Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office, assisting individuals navigating consumer debt litigation. These experiences reinforced her commitment to making legal processes more accessible and ensuring that individuals feel informed and empowered when confronting unfamiliar legal systems.

Ana approaches her work with empathy, attention to detail, and a belief that meaningful advocacy begins with understanding the people behind each case. Her commitment to protecting individual rights and ensuring that every person has a voice aligns closely with Bonjean Law Group's dedication to challenging injustice. She brings a thoughtful, organized approach to supporting the firm's legal team, recognizing that even the smallest details play an important role in advancing its clients' interests.
